fee includes a pair of custom TDS socks, lunch and hopefully suds at the finish.

I understand that
participating in a biking race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not
enter and race unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all
risk associated with biking in this event, including but not limited to falls,
contact with other participants, and conditions of the course. I am further
aware that dangers seen and unseen may exist. In consideration of your
acceptance of this entry, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, my executors and
administrators, waive any and all rights and claims for damages I may have
against the sponsors, the Mountain Trails Foundation, its directors, staff and
volunteers, and other coordinating groups or companies, and any individuals
associated with this event, their representatives, successors and assigns, and
will hold them harmless for any and all injuries and/or damages suffered in
connection with of in any way arising out of this event.
