Each year, MTF hosts races and events in our community to raise money towards our mission and celebrate our trails. There are also many outside events held on our trails that benefit our trail system and community.

Looking for the Triple Trail Challenge ? We are excited to announce we have partnered with Salt Lake Running Company to produce the 2022 series. As a top 10 Run Shop in America with 25 years’ experience providing world class products and services creating this partnership was a no brainer!

Mountain Trails is bringing back Park City’s all-things-trails open house. The Regional Trails Mixer is 100% free to the public, so please join us for food, presentations on upcoming projects and initiatives – or just to catch up with long-lost trail buddies. We will be offering this event every year.

Every November, our community comes together for 24 hours of giving. By donating to Mountain Trails during this timeframe through the LIVE PC GIVE PC platform, you are voting for MTF and giving us the opportunity to obtain matching grants and donations.

Tour des Suds is a 7-mile mountain bike climb starting at City Park. Go hard and treat it like a legit mtb race (yes, there are awards) or a crazy costume party on bikes. Either way, it’s 2,700′ of vert straight up to the finish line at the top of Guardsman Pass. No e-bikes please.

The Triple Trail Challenge Series is held every June – August. Participants may complete single races or the full series.

7K or a trail half marathon on Round Valley’s Open Space, with altitude ranging from 6,500 to 7,100 feet.

A 16-mile loop from Park City Mountain Resort (7,000′) to the top of Jupiter Peak (10,000′) and back down.

Complete the Round Valley Rambler, Jupiter Peak Steeplechase and the Mid Mountain Marathon for he ultimate summer challenge!

Every year, Labor Day Weekend, endurance MTB riders drop in on some of the best singletrack Park City, Utah has to offer. 90% of the course is on singletrack with a total distance of 75 miles and over 12,000′ of climbing.

The mission of the Mid Week MTB Series is to provide a consistently fun, challenging mountain bike racing experience for riders of all ages and ability levels at venues throughout the Salt Lake Valley, Wasatch Front, and Wasatch Back.

The Park City Trail Series is a 5k, 10k, 15k, and half marathon on the rolling Round Valley Trails in Park City, Utah. The courses are approachable for new trail runners yet fast and enjoyable for those with more experience.

Wasatch Citizens Series
The Wasatch Citizens Series (WCS) is a cross country ski race series started in 1979. In the 1998/99 season, 265 individuals participated in at least one event, with an average attendance of about 115.

Twisted Fork is a 68 kilometer (42.2 miles) race with 6,105′ of elevation gain over some of our favorite trails in Park City, Utah.
