Trail Report
Happy Thursday peeps! Mother nature is still stirring things up out there this week with hopes of drying things out for the weekend. Use your best judgement as you get out on trails, and if you start sinking into the tread please turn back. However, we are grateful for the moisture even if she is a few months late.
The crew cleared out the Slate Creek system as of Tuesday, and those trails are riding great! Skyridge had some drains cleared and brush cut back on the Milkyway. The crew has been getting after some early season projects, so there are machines on Lower Seldom Seen (PCM), the bottom of Ponderosa (Slate Creek), and on Pulp Friction (RV).
Pulp Friction and Lower Seldom Seen trails will be closed Mon-Thursday (until April 30th for Pulp and May 14th for Lower Seldom Seen) with the goal of opening them on the weekends. However, they are closed this weekend, since Wednesday and Thursday were too wet, and the crew didn’t get to do all the hand work behind the machines leaving some parts of the trails loose and soft. #trails #trailwork #parkcity #WeekendHikes #weekendhikes #PublicLands #publiclands #ParkCityLiving #weekendrides

⚠️A couple of trail closures to be aware the next few weeks as the crew gets out to do some work! 💪
Pulp Friction and Lower Seldom Seen will be closed Mon-Thursday for machine work with the goal of keeping them open for the weekend. However BOTH WILL BE CLOSED THIS WEEKEND, Fri 04/23- Sun 04/26, since the rain is preventing the crew from finishing hand work behind the machine. 🌧️
We will keep you updated here on the trail closures.
