A couple of trail closures and machines zones to be aware on Park City Mountain!
⚠️Big PCM construction on Lower CMG
⚠️Continued crew machine work on Lower Seldom Seen
⚠️In exciting news, machine and crew work will begin on Silver Queen Extension 🙌
The lowest flow section of CMG downhill will be closed to all travel through June 5 due to heavy machinery in the area as the resort prepares for summer operations. Follow posted detour signage and fencing placed just before the closed area—this will direct you to the parking lot via the service road > First Time Return trail or First Time dirt road.
Lift service opens June 13! Ride smart and stay safe.
See included map highlighting closed area in red.

It is starting to feel like summer out there y’all with some cooler temps into the later part of the weekend. Special thanks to those of you who joined us and donated at the Trail Mixer on Wednesday!
The crew finished Pulp Friction this week, so it is cleared and opened for business. With the help of some adaptive riders feedback, drainages on Coyote and Porcuclimb were hand-updated to be more adaptive friendly. We would love to hear how that rides from any adaptive folk!
Lower Seldom Seen is still closed for the weekend, so please refer to the sandwich board that will direct you up a short stretch of Jenni’s and down over to CMG. New drains on White Fir, and Ponderosa got some more berm love along with table top maintenance and one new addition, some of which will be soft but open for the weekend. Trails appear to be dry and good all the way up to the Yurt!
Extra note: Trailforks is listing Silver Queen Extension as open, however it is in fact not open. Construction on the extension will start next week, so that is some exciting news!
A few shots of the crew’s sawyer training this week. Grateful to have some professional sawyers on the crew to keep us savvy, safe and the trails cleared!
Have a trail-tastic weekend!
