Park City’s Purple Route
Park City Transit’s Purple Route is expanding to offer regular, reliable access to Bonanza Flat and Bloods Lake Trailheads through a new summer/fall “Trail Service.”

This updated service replaces the former Transit to Trails program and supports a more sustainable, car-free way to reach some of Park City’s high-elevation trails and open space.
Details:
- Trail Service (Friday-Sunday): 20-minute frequency from Old Town Transit Center to Bloods Lake Trailhead, with stops at Montage and Bonanza Flat (with standard Purple Route stops)
- Regular Service (Monday-Thursday): 30-minute frequency to Montage (with standard Purple Route stops)
- Operating Hours: 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., daily
- Dogs now welcome on all Park City Transit routes with leash and muzzle in designated area of the bus
- Buses can accommodate eight bikes per trip during Trail Service
