Trail Report
Happy Tuesday Park City!
This is the daily grooming report for Mar. 3rd 2026.
Bonanza got a fresh Nordic groom this morning with classic lanes set. With the warmer temps last night and the new 4"-6" we got up here, it is quite soft and the little bit of wind is causing some drifting.
Single track is getting re-tracked and packed. The sifting is definitely affecting the single track and the upper loop has quite a bit of off camber areas. With the temps cooling off tonight it should set up nicely for tomorrow.

Final note: If you do make your way up here today keep an eye out for the moose 🫎 one has been hanging around the Nordic.

Adios February, and welcome to March Madness!!
March 1st grooming update:
Unfortunately we had another warmer night last night and without the nightly freeze conditions will be softer and changing more quickly today.
Empire Pass was around 33 degrees around 6am this morning, lightly sleeting/snowing meaning the new snow was sticky and grabby. The Bonanza Nordic loops did receive the usual TLC from Roy Boi this morning, yes with classic set. The Bonanza Winter Shuttle is running today.

Bonanza single track will likely be a no-go today. Without that deeper nightly freeze, and warm tempts, single track likes to get soft on you quickly. Snowshoes are always welcome though! If you do attempt the trails this morning, just be very mindful of your impact up there and remember that's its best to bail and turn around rather than fight the frustratingly soft conditions.
Round Valley is around 37 degrees and had some rain last night, so its extra soupy mashed potatoes down here this morning, and with the overcast skies masking the sun right now, probably best to look for paved pathways todays for the most enjoyable and least impactful experience today.
Whatever you decide to get into today, we hope you have a great day!
