Single Track Mountain Bike Race with Costume in Park City, Utah

Only folks who register before September 1st get socks!

2020 Virtual Race Results

Despite Self-Quarantining and Social Distancing, we have created a way to still encourage you to get out on the trails for some sanity-saving pandemic recovery, all while supporting Mountain Trails this summer with Virtual participation!

Presented by Skullcandy, Tour des Suds is a 7-mile mountain bike climb starting at City Park. Go hard and treat it like a legit mtb race (yes, there are awards) or a crazy costume party on bikes. Either way, it’s 2,700′ of vert straight up to the finish line at the top of Guardsman Pass. No e-bikes please.

Only participants who register before September 1st are guaranteed a pair of official 2020 Tour des Suds socks!

HOW VIRTUAL WORKS:

  • Simply register
  • Once we have confirmed your registration, we will send you details on where you can pick up your number plate and if you registered before September 1st – your socks!
  • You will have the entire month of September to ride the course.
  • Once you have ridden the course,  email your name, number plate # and finish time to: ginger@mountaintrails.org. Results will be posted online October 2, 2020
  • Virtual Costume Contest: Because it wouldn’t be Tour des Suds without costumes!  If you want to be entered into the virtual costume contest, please post a picture of you in your costume on course to instagram with #2020tourdesuds.  Winners will be announced at the of the month.
  • This virtual event is unsupported  – NO aid stations or medical staff will be on trails.  Please follow COVID social distancing guidelines
