Mike Vakula
Originally from Arizona, I got my start riding bikes on the desert trails of the Southwest. In 2017, I moved to Logan, Utah, and quickly fell in love with the diverse and inspiring terrain that Utah has to offer. After graduating college, I decided to stay and build a life around the things I love most—skiing and mountain biking.
Today, I’m proud to be working in a field that blends my passion for the outdoors with meaningful community impact through trail building and stewardship. My favorite trail of all time is Frisbee Ridge in Revelstoke, BC, but closer to home, you’ll find me riding the Wasatch Crest Trail every chance I get.
When I’m not in the mountains, you might catch me at karaoke night—my go-to song is A Pirate Looks at Forty by Jimmy Buffett.
